These Terms & Conditions apply to your use of our website and to purchases of products and services from Just Yard Signs, Inc.
By requesting a quote, submitting artwork, approving a proof, authorizing payment, placing an order, or purchasing products or services from Just Yard Signs, Inc., you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
1. Quotes, Orders & Payment
Prices quoted by Just Yard Signs, Inc. are based on the specifications provided at the time of the quote, including product type, size, quantity, material, printing specifications, finishing, accessories, shipping requirements, and other requested options.
If order specifications change, pricing may also change.
Unless otherwise stated, quotes are not guaranteed indefinitely and may be updated due to changes in material costs, shipping costs, production requirements, or other business conditions.
Production generally begins only after:
- The artwork proof has been approved
- Payment has been received or otherwise authorized
- All necessary order information has been provided
An order is not considered ready for production until these requirements have been completed.
2. Artwork Proof Approval
Customers are responsible for carefully reviewing all artwork proofs before approval.
By approving a proof, you confirm that you have reviewed and accepted spelling, grammar, names, phone numbers, addresses, website addresses, dates, pricing or promotional information, layout, sign orientation, sign size, quantity, colors, logos, images, arrows and directional information, political disclaimers, union bugs, and any other visible design elements.
Once an artwork proof has been approved and production has begun, Just Yard Signs, Inc. is not responsible for errors that were visible in the approved proof.
If you discover an error after approval, contact us immediately. We will make reasonable efforts to stop or modify production when possible, but changes cannot be guaranteed once production has started.
Additional charges may apply if artwork must be changed after approval.
3. Customer-Supplied Artwork
Customers may provide artwork, logos, photographs, graphics, fonts, designs, and other materials for use in an order.
By submitting artwork or other content to Just Yard Signs, Inc., you represent that you own the content, or that you have permission or legal authority to use and reproduce it.
You are responsible for obtaining any necessary copyrights, trademarks, licenses, permissions, releases, or other rights required for the artwork you submit.
Just Yard Signs, Inc. is not responsible for disputes arising from a customer's unauthorized use of copyrighted, trademarked, licensed, or otherwise protected material.
4. Artwork Quality & Resolution
Print quality depends heavily on the quality of the artwork provided.
Low-resolution, compressed, blurry, pixelated, improperly sized, or otherwise unsuitable artwork may not reproduce clearly when enlarged or printed.
We may notify you when we identify an obvious artwork-quality concern, but the customer remains responsible for approving the final proof.
If requested, our team may assist with artwork preparation, recreation, vectorization, resizing, layout changes, or other design services.
Additional artwork charges may apply depending on the amount of work required.
5. Color Matching
Exact color matching cannot be guaranteed.
Colors displayed on computer monitors, phones, tablets, and other electronic devices may differ from printed colors because screens display colors differently than printing equipment.
Printed colors may also vary due to printing process, ink, material, surface finish, lighting, printer calibration, color profiles, and production conditions.
If an exact or highly critical color match is required, the customer should notify us before approving the order.
A physical printed sample may be recommended before full production.
Differences between screen colors and printed colors are not considered a manufacturing defect unless otherwise agreed in writing before production.
6. Materials & Product Variations
Just Yard Signs, Inc. offers products made from a variety of materials, including corrugated plastic, aluminum, vinyl, magnetic material, foam board, sticker material, and other printable substrates.
Customers are responsible for selecting a product appropriate for its intended use.
Material thickness, texture, finish, shade, rigidity, and appearance may vary slightly between manufacturers, production lots, or supply batches.
Minor variations that do not materially affect the use of the product are not considered manufacturing defects.
7. Custom Products
Most products sold by Just Yard Signs, Inc. are custom-made specifically for each customer.
Custom products may include yard signs, political signs, real estate signs, aluminum signs, banners, magnets, stickers and labels, A-frame signs, custom contour-cut signs, foam board signs, and other personalized printed products.
Because these products are manufactured specifically for the customer, they generally cannot be resold or returned for reasons unrelated to a production defect or error by Just Yard Signs, Inc.
8. Custom Shapes & Contour Cutting
Custom-shaped and contour-cut products may require additional artwork preparation.
Small details, sharp corners, narrow extensions, intricate shapes, or fragile areas may need to be modified to allow reliable cutting and handling.
We may recommend adjustments to a design when necessary for production.
Cutting tolerances may vary slightly, and minor differences between the digital cut line and the finished product are normal.
9. Production Time
Most standard custom yard sign orders are typically produced within approximately 24 hours after proof approval and payment.
This is a production estimate, not a guaranteed completion time.
Production times may be longer for large quantities, specialty products, custom shapes, complex finishing, large-format products, material shortages, equipment maintenance, holidays, or high-volume periods.
Orders approved after the applicable daily cutoff may begin production on the next business day.
Our normal production schedule is Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM Eastern Time.
Production schedules may change without notice.
10. Shipping & Delivery
Just Yard Signs, Inc. currently uses FedEx Ground / FedEx Home Delivery for many standard shipments.
Other carriers or shipping services may be used when appropriate.
Shipping and delivery estimates are based on information provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed unless a guaranteed shipping service has specifically been purchased and confirmed.
Just Yard Signs, Inc. is not responsible for delivery delays caused by FedEx or another carrier, weather, natural disasters, holidays, transportation interruptions, incorrect or incomplete addresses, customer-requested delivery changes, carrier service disruptions, or events outside our reasonable control.
Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, carrier tracking information should be used for the most current delivery status.
Customers with a firm event or deadline should contact us before approving the order so we can review production and shipping options.
11. Shipping Address Responsibility
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.
Additional charges caused by an incorrect address, incomplete address, refused shipment, address correction, re-routing request, or unsuccessful delivery attempt may be charged to the customer.
Please review your shipping information carefully before approving your order.
12. Damaged Shipments
If an order arrives visibly damaged, contact Just Yard Signs, Inc. as soon as possible.
We may request photographs of the damaged product, the shipping carton, packing materials, shipping label information, and a description of the damage.
Do not discard damaged products, boxes, or packaging until the claim has been reviewed.
We may need these materials to submit or support a carrier claim.
Depending on the circumstances, we may provide a replacement, reprint, credit, refund, or another appropriate resolution.
13. Lost or Missing Shipments
If tracking indicates a shipment is lost, missing, or delivered but you cannot locate it, contact us promptly.
We may assist with a carrier investigation when appropriate.
Carrier investigations and claims may take time to complete.
Just Yard Signs, Inc. cannot guarantee the outcome of a carrier investigation.
14. Returns, Reprints & Refunds
Because our products are custom-made, returns are generally not accepted simply because a customer changes their mind after production.
If Just Yard Signs, Inc. makes a verified production error or supplies a defective product, we will review the issue and determine an appropriate resolution.
Possible resolutions may include reprinting the affected product, replacing the affected product, issuing store credit, providing a partial refund, or providing a full refund when appropriate.
We may require photographs, samples, or return of the affected product before issuing a replacement or refund.
A refund or reprint is not normally provided for errors visible in an approved proof, customer-provided spelling mistakes, incorrect customer-supplied information, low-resolution customer artwork, expected color differences between monitors and printed material, minor material or production variations, customer changes after production has begun, or shipping delays outside our control.
Please contact us promptly after receiving an order if you believe there is a problem.
15. Order Changes
Changes requested before production begins can usually be accommodated.
Changes requested after proof approval or after production has started may result in additional artwork charges, additional production charges, material charges, reprinting charges, or delayed completion.
Once an order has entered production, we cannot guarantee that it can be changed.
16. Order Cancellations
Orders may generally be canceled before production begins.
However, charges may still apply for work already completed, including artwork preparation, design services, special-order materials, custom setup, or other nonrecoverable costs.
Once production has begun, cancellation may not be possible.
If production has already started, the customer may be responsible for some or all of the order cost.
17. Political Signs & Legal Disclaimers
Political candidates, campaigns, committees, organizations, and customers are responsible for determining which political disclaimers, sponsorship statements, authorization statements, campaign-finance notices, or other legally required disclosures must appear on their signs.
Just Yard Signs, Inc. does not provide legal advice and does not determine whether a particular political disclaimer is legally required.
If wording such as “Paid for by...” or another political disclaimer is required, the customer must provide the exact wording.
The customer is responsible for reviewing and approving that wording on the final proof before production.
18. Union Bug Requests
Just Yard Signs, Inc. is a Union Print Shop affiliated with Communications Workers of America, Local 3102.
A union bug may be added to eligible products upon request.
Customers who require a union bug should request it before approving the final artwork proof.
The customer is responsible for confirming that the union bug appears correctly on the approved proof.
A union bug may not be added after production has been completed.
19. Customer Content & Prohibited Uses
Customers may not submit or order content that violates applicable law.
Just Yard Signs, Inc. reserves the right to refuse, cancel, or discontinue an order involving content that we reasonably believe violates applicable law, infringes intellectual property rights, is fraudulent, involves illegal activity, or creates a material risk to our company, employees, or service providers.
Refusal to produce an order does not necessarily imply agreement or disagreement with the customer's message.
20. Uploaded Files & Storage
Artwork and files submitted to Just Yard Signs, Inc. may be retained for customer service, production, recordkeeping, or potential reorders.
We do not guarantee indefinite storage of customer artwork.
Customers should maintain their own copies of all important artwork and files.
Just Yard Signs, Inc. is not responsible for loss of customer files after an order has been completed.
21. Reorders
We may be able to use artwork or specifications from a previous order when processing a reorder.
However, customers are responsible for confirming that all information remains current and correct.
Prices, materials, shipping costs, product specifications, and availability may change between orders.
A previous price does not guarantee the same price on a future order.
22. 4' × 8' Corrugated Plastic Products
Large corrugated plastic sheets may require special handling, scoring, folding, packaging, freight shipping, or other preparation depending on the product and destination.
Customers should confirm whether a large-format product will be shipped flat, scored, folded, cut into sections, or packaged using another method.
Folding or scoring may produce a visible crease.
Customers who require a completely flat, unscored finished product should notify us before approving their order.
Additional freight charges may apply.
23. Outdoor Durability
Outdoor product life depends on numerous conditions, including sunlight, wind, rain, temperature, installation method, material, location, length of exposure, and handling.
We do not guarantee a specific outdoor lifespan unless expressly stated in writing for a particular product.
Yard signs and similar products may become damaged by severe wind, storms, improper installation, physical impact, or other environmental conditions.
24. Product Images & Website Information
We make reasonable efforts to display product images, dimensions, descriptions, specifications, and pricing accurately.
However, website photographs and digital mockups are for general reference.
Actual products may vary slightly in appearance, color, finish, dimensions, or other minor characteristics.
We reserve the right to correct website errors, pricing mistakes, typographical errors, or inaccurate information.
25. Pricing Errors
If a product or service is accidentally quoted or displayed at an incorrect price due to a typographical, technical, system, or calculation error, Just Yard Signs, Inc. reserves the right to correct the price before production.
If payment has already been made, we will notify the customer and provide the option to pay the corrected amount or cancel the affected order and receive an appropriate refund.
26. Taxes
Applicable sales tax may be collected where required by law.
Customers are responsible for providing valid resale or tax-exemption documentation when applicable.
Tax requirements may vary based on order type, destination, and applicable laws.
27. Payment Authorization
By providing payment information or authorizing payment, the customer represents that they are authorized to use the selected payment method.
The customer authorizes Just Yard Signs, Inc. and its payment processors to charge the approved amount for the applicable products and services.
Additional charges will not be made without appropriate authorization except where permitted by applicable law or these Terms & Conditions.
28. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes
Customers should contact Just Yard Signs, Inc. first if they believe there is an error with an order or payment.
We will make reasonable efforts to investigate and resolve legitimate concerns.
Submitting a payment dispute or chargeback does not eliminate the customer's obligations for products or services properly provided.
We reserve the right to provide order records, approved proofs, invoices, shipping records, communications, and other relevant documentation to payment processors, financial institutions, or card networks in connection with a dispute.
29. No Guarantee of Business Results
Just Yard Signs, Inc. provides printing and signage products.
We do not guarantee that using our products will result in increased sales, increased leads, election success, property sales, increased attendance, marketing performance, or any particular business or promotional result.
The effectiveness of signage depends on many factors outside our control.
30. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Just Yard Signs, Inc. will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or similar damages arising from the use of our website, products, services, shipping, production delays, or customer-provided content.
Where liability cannot legally be excluded, our liability relating to a specific order will generally be limited to the amount paid for the affected product or service, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions is intended to exclude rights that cannot legally be waived.
31. Indemnification
To the extent permitted by law, customers agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Just Yard Signs, Inc., its owners, employees, agents, and service providers from claims, damages, losses, liabilities, or expenses arising from customer-supplied artwork, unauthorized copyrighted or trademarked materials, customer-provided content, customer violation of applicable law, or customer violation of these Terms & Conditions.
32. Force Majeure
Just Yard Signs, Inc. will not be responsible for delays or inability to perform caused by events reasonably outside our control, including severe weather, natural disasters, power outages, equipment failures, supply shortages, transportation interruptions, carrier disruptions, government actions, labor disruptions, emergencies, and internet or communications outages.
We will make reasonable efforts to resume normal operations as soon as practical.
33. Website Availability
We strive to keep JustYardSigns.com available and accurate, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the website.
The website may occasionally be unavailable because of maintenance, technical issues, hosting problems, security updates, or other circumstances.
34. Privacy
Our collection and use of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy.
Customers should review the Privacy Policy for information about how personal information may be collected, used, stored, and shared.
35. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions and transactions with Just Yard Signs, Inc. are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
Any legal action arising from these Terms & Conditions or a transaction with Just Yard Signs, Inc. will be subject to the jurisdiction and venue required or permitted under applicable law.
36. Severability
If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect to the fullest extent permitted by law.
37. No Waiver
Failure by Just Yard Signs, Inc. to enforce any provision of these Terms & Conditions does not waive our right to enforce that provision or any other provision in the future.
38. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms & Conditions periodically to reflect changes in our products, business practices, shipping methods, technology, legal requirements, or company policies.
When changes are made, the Last Updated date at the top of this page will be revised.
The version in effect at the time an order is accepted will generally apply to that order.
